Why this topic?
It is in human nature to make assumptions, but it is not always the best to make decisions based on them. There is always a risk associated with it that in certain situations have more or less impact. We can’t always avoid it, but being aware of them is already an important first step.
Project teams and managers often use assumptions to make decisions, and we will explain how to make the best out of them!
