Why Employee Experience?
Over the last years, staff tends to switch jobs quickly. HR departments are facing challenges in how to attract and maintain talents. The focus is shifting towards a more human centered approach with more attention to the desires of individuals.
In this session, we will show how a service design approach can be of great tool to identify issues that are occurring across the work environment. We will show some examples of previous projects in the Netherlands and Portugal on how to boost the overall employee experience.
