About the coaches

Jette Stuyt – our service designer is just like the user behaviour she observes: There’s always more than what meets the eye!

Why this topic?

Because working as a service design and UX design lead in the development of CoronaCheck, the Dutch covid digital solution, was our biggest challenge yet. Its scope involved an entire country and its diverse population, with a great set of stakeholders to manage and requirements to meet. In this L&L, we will dive deep into it and share our experiences and learnings on this very impactful project.

For Whom?

For product owners and designers working in the public sector or in a big organisation that want to learn more about how to deal with uncertainty, requirements, deadlines, politics, inclusivity and accessibility in the design process.

What will be covered?

  • What role did SD and UX play in this project
  • What is it like to design in times of crisis
  • Accessibility and inclusivity in the design process
  • Learnings relevant to all other projects

What will be the key learnings?

In this Learn & Lunch session, you will learn how to set your SD or UX project up for success (in a political environment), how to design for a whole nation and balance speed and quality in your design project.
