In the past year at Koos, we felt an increasing urge to leave a positive impact in this world. Because of this, a team was created to focus on exactly that. One of the ways to leave a positive impact, is by having as little (negative) impact on the environment as possible. To achieve this result, it meant we had to start measuring, compensating and reducing our footprint.
This, however, is easier said than done. How can we tackle this? What do we need? Where to start? I think in only the last week, on three different occasions I’ve told clients or participants in sessions, talks or webinars to ‘just go do’. Start small, dream big. Fail fast, succeed sooner. This is one of the mantras that we live by at Koos. We applied this mantra as well to the problem at hand.
