As every organisation is different, we make sure we tailor our courses to our clients’ needs. That way, we make sure we integrate the newly developed capabilities in a new way of working.

We have developed several custom in-house service design training programmes for organisations such as ING, Dutch Railways (NS), ABN-AMRO, Liander, NOS Portugal, DAS and CBi Shanghai.

Roughly three levels can be identified: beginner, intermediate and advanced. The projected course outline is of an advanced course.
